Dairy and Creamery (Parcel F)

This site will be returned to a productive dairy operation, replete with commercial creamery. A milking barn and milk house will be developed as well as a modern cheese-making facility.

Rehabilitated existing structures and new construction will be used, and planned accessory uses include a new structure to house an administrative office, retail shop, and visitor educational facilities. A residence will be constructed for the owner, farm manager, or other persons directly involved with on-site agricultural operations. The farm will employ certified organic practices and an appropriate farm plan will be adopted.
